Yes, your can with internet explorer by typing:

ftp://username@your-ip-address

Then enter your password.

From there click the /www/ folder

Then click the index(.htm .html) file.

From there you can navigate the site the same way as if your domain name was already switched to DWHS.

You can also get a dedicated ip for a one time $15 set up and $2 a month.
