Not only is this horrible problem, I think even worse some web hosting services are overselling their server CPU so if customers all spike their usage at once the server will slow down and the websites will load slow. This happens a lot, but here at DWHS we do not do this. We keep less web hosting accounts on each server so they can all spike whenever needed. Bethany, this is very true.
