For SEO services please click here: SEO Services

What is SEO (Search Engine Optimization)?

SEO basically is your websites popularity on the internet marketed in a strategic way. If done correctly you do not have to be the most popular website to be top listed with Search Engines. You can earn special bonuses by doing things in a smart targeted way. Google then takes this popularity and analyzes your website content and gives your position based on what it gathered.

What are the benefits?

SEO is what gives over 60% of Search Engine Traffic. In this example you can see how a site is listed with good organic SEO.

The top spots in Orange are paid, the other more clicked link is organic and what we are going to target as your SEO team.

SEO is also extremely popular because if done correctly will ultimately generate tens of thousands of dollars worth of advertising exponentially. It will also help your customers find you and help people get information on your business through search engine searches. For example if you put “dwhs contact” it will simply pull up our locations located on our website.

SEO gives the best long term results over any other marketing campaign per dollar.

The basics idea is to focus on adding the terms that people would use to find your website in a search engine. For example DWHS would target Website Hosting or Business Web Hosting where a privately owned tire shop would target the name of the town and the the services they want to offer. Like “Los Angeles Tire Repair” or “New York Mercedes repair”. By adding the right keyword content to text ratio on your front page this tells the Search Engines better about what you offer.

Next you would want links to shows your keywords. This is done internally by creating links with keywords in them like click here for “Los Angeles Tire Repair” and just like the keywords, the page on the site should be titled “Los Angeles tire repair”. This drastically helps your page relevance for keywords. But the best help is when other websites link to you from a separate well ranked page that has similar content or is a popular directory. For example if tirefinder.com has a link your tire repair shop and your keywords are in the link you will get a higher PR (page rank) and higher page relevance for those keywords. Eventually when you get enough quality sites linked to you with the right keywords and you internal links and page content is correct you will see a higher listing with major search engines like Google and Yahoo.

When your ready to make a long term investment for a small price choose your plan to start with below. We can work with any website and all jobs are for a full year.

Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 8 is no longer the world’s most-used browser, according to a Web analytics firm. But its replacement isn’t a different version of IE: It’s Chrome, Google’s upstart Web browser.

StatCounter, which tracks Internet data, said that IE8′s share of the browser market fell to 23.5% in the last week of November, trailing behind Chrome’s 23.6%. Since then, Chrome has expanded its lead. It now has nearly 25% of the market, compared to IE8′s 22%.

Chrome had been topping IE8 on weekends since the beginning of October, but Google’s browser finally overtook Microsoft’s for a five-day period a few weeks ago, StatCounter CEO Aodhan Cullen said in a blog post.

“It looks as if people favor Chrome on weekends at home, but office commercial use has now caught up,” he said.

Of course, IE8 is just one version of Internet Explorer. A growing number of people — 10%, by StatCounter’s measurements — are using the more modern IE9. Many are also still using older versions like IE7 and, amazingly, IE6, which debuted in 2001.

Combined, Internet Explorer still leads with a 38.5% share of the global browser market. Google’s Chrome is second and Mozilla’s Firefox is in third place, a percentage point behind Chrome.

Chrome’s lightning-fast rise significantly reshapes the playing field.

The browser battle intensified this year, after a decade-long hiatus, as search competition between Google (GOOG, Fortune 500) and Microsoft (MSFT, Fortune 500) heated up. Searches made in Internet Explorer default to Microsoft’s Bing, while Chrome and Firefox are both tied in with Google’s search engine.

In a constant attempt to one-up one another, the browser makers have been adding a slew of advanced features like extensions, synchronization, privacy, HTML5 support, and hardware acceleration. Google is so serious about staying up to date that it releases a new version of Chrome every six weeks.

Finding itself in the unfamiliar position of trailing its browser competition, Microsoft plans to follow Google’s lead and start implementing automatic updates to IE9 in January, the company recently announced.

Microsoft once commanded more than 90% of the browser market, a position it grabbed by preloading IE on Windows computers. That sent Netscape, the browser king of the 1990s, tumbling into irrelevancy.

It also prompted antitrust suits against Microsoft in both the United States and the European Union, the latter of which forced the company to offer Windows users a list of browsers to choose from when they set up their new PCs.

That, along with the reality that other browsers had outpaced IE’s innovations, has let Firefox, Apple’s (AAPL, Fortune 500) Safari browser, and most recently Chrome eat away at Microsoft’s market share over the years. Internet Explorer’s use has been falling steadily.

A year ago, StatCounter said that Microsoft’s share of the browser market had fallen below 50% for the first time in more than a decade.

But online data tracking is a tricky science, with various methods returning different results. Some trackers record browser information based on clicks to a network of client Web sites, which is the main method StatCounter uses. Others use toolbars, ISP data or even surveys to collect the information.

Though the trend is clear across the board, other data trackers show that Internet Explorer 8 is still firmly on top of the browser world. For instance, Net Applications — the firm whose research is most frequently cited by the browser makers themselves — shows that IE8′s market share sits much more comfortably at 28%, compared to just 18% for Chrome.

One of the best ways to get the word out about developments at your store is the press release. Used by businesses both big and small, the press release not only announces what’s new, but it helps solidify your standing as a legitimate business.

Here are a few tips to get you started:

1. Make sure your news is newsworthy – Will your announcement matter to your audience? It should…or you’re wasting your time and theirs.
2. Always include your contact information at the top of the release (contact name, address, phone and fax numbers, email address and Web site).
3. Write a headline that makes the audience want to continue reading.
4. Lead the first paragraph with your location and date: SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (January 1, 2012).
5. Use the first paragraphs to announce your news (who, what, when, where and why); then use the subsequent paragraphs to back up/support that announcement with quotes, statistics, etc.
6. Keep paragraphs short and to the point. Two or three sentences is plenty of text per paragraph.
7. Double space between paragraphs – don’t indent.
8. Include the important facts…leave out the flowery text.
9. Keep printed press releases to one page; keep e-releases “above the fold” (500 words or less is usually sufficient).
10. At the bottom of your release, be sure to include a general statement about your company/organization.

Take advantage of the press release today. While we don’t endorse any particular PR service, there are several services where you can submit your press release for free or a small fee. For example:

www.pr.com – “Promote everything about your business. We get the word out.”
www.prleap.com – “PR LEAP is a free press release distribution service to major search engines, web sites and newswires, since 2003.”
www.i-newswire.com – “I-Newswire.com is your free press release distribution center.”
www.24-7pressrelease.com – “24-7PressRelease.com is a free press release distribution service with the small to medium size Company in mind.”

Internet Traffic

The first part of the equation, internet traffic, is possibly the most fought over and hardest part of affiliate marketing. It is best summarized as the quest to get those elusive surfers to your site. Traffic is the foundation of e-commerce and no website is successful without it. There are two fundamental ways people can find you online. The first and most popular is through a search engine.

Search Engines

When most consumers go online to find a product or service, they use a search engine. Popular search engines include Google, Yahoo, and Msn to name a few. Generally, the consumer will go one, maybe two pages deep in their search for a website they’d like to visit. Logically, the better your rank in a search engine, the more consumers that will come to your site. Because surfers won’t go 10 pages deep in a search engine’s results, site ranking is VERY competitive.

SEO

There are two ways to get ranked with a search engine. The first is referred to as SEO (search engine optimization). This is by far the most competitive (and profitable) route. Google, for instance, places a great amount of emphasis on your website’s links. The more links you have going out and coming into your website from other “like” websites, the more “relative” your site becomes. Consequently, the more relative your site is, the higher your page rank. There are numerous other ways to optimize your site for SEs. Our team will be happy to give you with this and point you to more resources.

Pay Per Click (PPC)

The second method by which a website can get ranked with a search engine is using a pay-perclick (PPC) campaign. Above, you can see the PPCs on the right side of the google page. Instead of competing for page rank, these listings pay to get listed here. PPCs are beneficial, because the owner of the ad ONLY pays when someone clicks on their listing. So you’re only paying for surfers to come to your site who’s interests were sparked by your ad.

Most PPCs allow you to write your ad and bid on different keywords of your choice. For example, if you are running a penis enlargement review site, you might choose keywords like “longer penis” or “penis extension”. You could then bid on the keywords, specifying that you’d be willing to pay $0.20 per click. Submit your ad and away you go. Again, a word of caution. If done poorly they can take you to the cleaners. A good rule is to make sure you get sales before buying PPC.

Alternative Traffic Marketing

There are virtually no limits to where you can get traffic for your website. You can set up reciprocal links with other like websites and trade traffic (this also helps your SEO). Email campaigns, as long as they are targeted and are not spam, can work well. Snail mail mailers, flyers, and traditional advertisements can also work. Just like building your site, be creative in its promotion. This helps you stand apart from the crowd and will lead to more traffic to your site.

Product Promotion

So once you have the surfer in your site, what do you do with them? Your task is to get them to want to click on the links to our sites. Different affiliate programs have different ideas on how to do this. A lot of it depends on the products or services that they offer and the site having call to actions done correctly.

Product Matching

A big part of affiliate marketing is matching the products you promote to the site you run. If you can do this well, you can convert well.

The Informative Site

The second and more successful way to market a product is to build your website around it. An example of this is a review site. This kind website is devoted to giving the surfer as much information as it can. It gives information about the different types of products available and then reviews the different products that are out there. It will usually pick one of the products (the product with the best website – OURS!) to be its number one pick. Surfers will come to your site, become educated on the subject and move on through your link to buy a product.

This type of site is successful for a few different reasons:

1) People like to shop around. This site gives them the opportunity to shop around without ever having to leave.

2) Information builds trust. The more information you have in your site, the more the surfer will perceive your site as an authority. Trust = conversions

3) Penis Enlargement, for example, is possible. However a lot of people don’t believe it. Yet, they are still perusing your site in the hopes that it is. The more informative your site is, the more likely you’ll convince them that they CAN enlarge their penis. This will lead to more sales.

4) If you slap an enlargement banner ad on a website that has no relation to penis enlargement at all, the majority of your click-trough’s will come from surfers satisfying their curiosity, not because they are genuinely interested. The informative site mitigates this and ensures only quality surfers get through.

An informative site can be built for ANY product out there. It may take a little more time than throwing a banner up on your site, but your effort will be amply rewarded.

The Psychological Sell

The following tips are meant to help you sell your surfers on the products you are reviewing. The more you pre-sell them before they get to a product site, the higher your conversions will be.

1) Identify your audience
Ask yourself who are they? Most importantly, why are they at your site? What are their fears and what are they hoping to accomplish? The answers to these questions will enable you to write your site’s text with your specific audience in mind. The more your text speaks to them, the more likely they are to buy.

2) Identify your audience’s problem and exploit it
It may sound bad, but you want to foster a feeling of insecurity in your surfers. You must include a section on the problem your surfer’s are there to fix and it’s hazards. Highlight what happens if the problem goes untreated and its detrimental affects. Convince you surfer that it is imperative that they fix this problem.

3) Assure them that their problem is treatable
Fairly self-explanatory, but let them know there is help on the way.

4) Include as much info as you can get your hands on.
The more in depth you go, the more the surfer will trust you as an authority and get lost in your site’s information.

5) Include specific information about each product you review
Again, gains trust.

6) Build their confidence
Once you have selected a product as your #1 pick, include information about it’s guarantee, the company’s reputation, etc. Shout from the rooftops why this is the best product out there. A word of caution – do not bad-mouth any product. It’s negative, amateur and unprofessional. Read “Website Development” for more website tips…

PPC Campaigns – Product Promotion the Easy Way

Reviews.

The benefit of this new system is that instead of having to build your own informative site, we’ve done it for you!
This system is now available to you to use in any way you wish. If you are using a PPC campaign, you can plug your affiliate code and special link directly into the PPC ad’s url. Surfers will click on your ad, go to our feeder site, move on to our product site, make their purchase and you will always get credit. You can also use our feeder sites as supplements to your own site. Add a link or menu option on your site and link it to our feeder. Our site will do all of the work for you by educating your surfer on our HUGE range of products. You’ll get credit on any product they buy.

Website Development

There’s no arguing it, there’s a lot that goes into developing a quality website. Hundreds if not thousands of books have been written on the topic. Here, in a “do’s and don’ts” format, we’ll give you a few of the most important features your website should incorporate.

Do’s

1) What is your mission? Every company has one and so should you. It doesn’t have to be complex, just figure out what you want to accomplish through your site. If you want to promote ClearPores with an information site, your mission could be something like this –
“Create a website that will inform consumers in a clear and concise format about how sleep works, causes of insomnia, the detrimental effects of losing sleep and include reviews and suggestions of products that are available that can help cure sleep disorders.”

2) Just like writing a paper in college, map out what you want to do first. Get a good idea of the layout of the site, where buttons and images will be located, and how you’re going to organize your information. Once you have an idea of this on paper, move onto doing the html.

3) Make information easy to get to and organized logically for your surfer. One word – usability. Nothing is more frustrating than being on a website and not knowing where to go.

4) Check out other product websites, including your competition, and see what they are doing well. The best places for website ideas are other websites.

5) Spend time on your text. Anyone who is interested in your website and wants to use it as a source of information will read your text. Make sure you spell check, grammar check, and use your words to your advantage. The text is what will sell your surfers on trusting you and using the products you recommend.

6) Post your site on forums and let other take a look at it. You’ll get some great advice on what you could do better.

Don’ts

1) Do not use too many colors. The more colors you use, the more amateur your website looks. Amateur = no trust = no conversions.

2) Do not use too many fonts, same reason as above.

3) Do not make a website that is one looooooooong page. Again, amateur.

4) Do not have HUGE blocks of text. Break up your text with key points. Use headers, bulleted points, etc. for the major statements you don’t want your readers to miss. Surfers will skim through looking for your main points and will be more likely to read your text if you spice it up and make it look interesting. Besides that, breaking up your text makes your site look better.

Alright, now you’ve got the basics. There’s a lot to know about this business and always something new to learn. It’s a dynamic marketplace and those who survive, learn to roll with the punches. Learning, changing and adapting are the keys to making it. If you’re trying something and it’s not working for you, stop, get some advice and try something else.

We have said this before and we will keep saying it until someone finally listens. Businesses and People please stop using failed low budget spam filtering! You are blocking real email! I personally don’t use any major filtering and only get a couple spam messages a day with my own blacklist I have made over time with basic spam filtering and default email blocking tools. As a business your best to use your own office blacklist that everyone can add to in your office with your email clients basic filtering. If you have to use a list use SpamHaus it is the only somewhat accurate one available period.

SenderBase is an automated system with huge false positives almost as bad as Spam Cop the second worst commercial spam blocker the worst is some small service called spam cannibal that just blocks about everything for any silly reason they can think of. Senderbase and SpamCop Both are really really bad at reporting correctly.

They will block subnets rather then just IP’s meaning if your neighbor sent spam you will be blocked. The worse is they will block your IP or subnet based on flat mistakes or sometimes just because they have a hunch. The truth is they are laughing about it behind closed doors after all companies will not use them unless they block a certain percentage which means they have to block real mail to get their stats up.

Between the two it’s like some sort of totalitarian regime, they just find a network and victimize it because they thought they sent spam or they seem a certain way. It’s a shame and seriously sad how many businesses and people get effected by their careless rules. the worst part is they think it’s humerus that a small business might miss an important email that could help their business (sometimes one email missed can make a huge difference in business). I have met people on both programs and they just laugh when they block the wrong people, their excuse is that it’s a small price to pay to block lots of spam (and get their stats up) they claim it’s the best they can do in the day in age. Well it’s not the best, in fact spamcop and SenderBase is one of the worst spam filters and as a business you should be ashamed of the small businesses and people you have hurt using their low budget failed system.

The bottom line is until someone stops these ignorant bullies we as businesses we will have to deal with their mistakes, lies, and poor attitudes. Granted no one is going die from their shady business tactics. Although missing important emails can seriously hurt a small business and that is what I want to make sure people know about these two companies.

They say you can be removed yet they bury any help so far off their websites you will need to read minds to get your (mta score up) It’s all a big sham that hurts small businesses and people in the process. Really really sad that they can get away with this.

When they go out of business and they both will, I hope they realize that they could of fixed the problem and didn’t because their egos where bigger then there brains.

We hate spam and do not allow any spam, but that doesn’t mean we will blacklist entire networks coming to our network at the risk of blocking real emails to our customers. To do so is just ridiculous.

You may of noticed some changes around here recently. Today we have finished changing the main design of our site. We tend to do this every 4 years or so. Mainly we just wanted something wider, more functional, and easy to read, but it helps that it looks sharp as well.

The new site is far from complete, we will have videos on every page explaining the contents and more links describing each detail like MySQL and EMAIL. We are also playing with new HTML 5 options and JAVA Code for better navigation and faster loading speeds. Once we finish with the front end we will start on the back end. On the back end we will be adding lots of new features like domain registration in real time with a free private whois toggle. We have over 40 new options for the back end so it’s little early to start listing them all.

Our mission is to make the easiest possible web hosting service for you to use. We have mastered being powerful and fast over the last 10 years, now we want to master ease of use and push for more simple to use advanced technology.

We want every point explained but not forced, you can simply choose to go down the rabbit hole or not.

While many of us have been taking advantage of three-day weekends and relaxing, online scammers have been hard at work this summer. They’ve come up with a grab bag of hacks, hoaxes, and other creative ways to separate law-abiding citizens from their money. Here are just a few:

The overpayment scam. The victim lists an item for sale or a room for rent on a site like craigslist or eBay. They are contacted by somebody who says they’re interested and sends the victim a check for more than the amount they agreed on. When this is pointed out to the buyer/renter, they say, “Oh, just write me a check for the difference.” The victim’s check to the buyer clears before they figure out that the buyer’s check was fake.

The Rugby World Cup lottery scam. This email scam purports to be from the International Rugby Board, notifying the recipient that they’ve won a million-dollar lottery prize promoting the 2011 Rugby World Cup. The “winner” is urged to claim their prize by contacting a claims administrator by phone—a person who starts requesting money to cover transfer fees and taxes before the prize can be released.

The Olympic ticket scam. Another potential source of heartache for sports fans is the Olympic ticket scam, which tells people they’ve won tickets to the 2012 Olympics. But, as in the Rugby World Cup scam, the victim is told they must give up vital personal information, such as banking PIN codes, in order to receive their prize.

The flood or tornado relief scam. It’s been a terrible summer for many towns across the U.S. that were devastated by flooding or tornadoes. Unscrupulous cybercriminals haven’t hesitated to take advantage of other people’s misfortune by sending out emails to “raise money” for disaster relief. In one case, a scammer sent text messages to phones in an area code that had been hit by flooding, asking people to respond if they’d been affected by the flood. Chances are this scam was intended simply to harvest working phone numbers for future fraud attempts.

The McDonald’s “Free Dinner Day” email. Who wouldn’t want a free dinner at McDonald’s if all they had to do was print out a coupon that had been sent as an email attachment? Anyone who wouldn’t want to install malware on their computer when they downloaded the attachment. The email didn’t come from McDonald’s, and alas, there is no Free Dinner Day.

For all the talk of how HTML5 will be the future of the Web, and how, in particular, it will replace Flash for rich interactive and animated content, the reality is that the technology is out of reach for a lot of the designers and animators currently using Flash. While HTML5 developers are working directly with JavaScript, SVG, CSS, and other technologies, Flash designers enjoy a high-level environment with timelines, drawing tools, easy control of animation effects, and more. With Edge, released in beta Sunday, Adobe is striving to bring that same ease of use to HTML5 development.

The user interface will be familiar to anyone who’s used Flash or After Effects; a timeline allowing scrubbing and jumping to any point in an animation, properties panels to adjust objects, and a panel to show the actual animation. Behind the scenes, Edge uses standard HTML5. Scripting is provided by a combination of jQuery and Adobe’s own scripts, and animation and styling uses both scripts and CSS. Pages produced by Edge encode the actual animations using a convenient JSON format. Edge itself embeds the WebKit rendering engine—the same one used in Apple’s Safari browser and Google’s Chrome—to actually display the animations.

This first beta is rudimentary, supporting little beyond animations of HTML and SVG content. Adobe plans to add further features during the public preview period, including interactivity, richer graphics, and more flexible drawing within Edge itself. The company plans to release version one of the product some time in 2012.

Even the finished product is unlikely to challenge Flash in the short term. Adobe’s position is that, at least for now, the two technologies can coexist: Flash remains stronger at producing games, handling streaming media, and producing data-driven visualizations; HTML5 is better suited to interactive Web pages and advertising. It’s these latter categories, and especially advertising, that Adobe is concentrating on with version one. Though Flash has wide reach on the desktop, it’s still a rare beast on smartphones, so delivering ads on those platforms—both on the Web and through ad networks like Apple’s iAds—requires the use of HTML5.

The ad focus may diminish Edge’s usefulness on the desktop. Though the software produces animations that work in modern desktop browsers—Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer 9—and the mobile browsers found in Android, iOS, webOS and on the BlackBerry Playbook, support on the still widespread older desktop browsers isn’t a feature of version one. Adobe representatives weren’t sure what kind of backwards compatibility support would be added, if any—if the feedback during the beta is that people don’t care, because they only want to use Edge with smartphone platforms, then such support may not materialize.

The transition from Flash to HTML5 still poses challenges to Adobe. If Flash dies under HTML5′s attack then Adobe will undoubtedly suffer. However, if Adobe can focus on producing high quality creative tools—rather than software platforms—it should be able to weather this transition and become as important to the Web’s future as it has been to its past.
