There is no refunds on Domain Registration due to us paying a fee to ICANN of $10 per domain that we cannot have refunded as well.

All Web Hosting, Reseller, Vdedicated, and Ecommerce web hosting plans include a full no questions asked 45-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus setup fees and overage charges if any) if you cancel your account within 45 days of the activation. Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services. Also not included are domain registration, full dedicated servers. No refunds are available after 45 days unless both parties are in agreement. Any request for cancellation must be received via the contact form or a support ticket with the domain name and the last four of the card used for the payment. You will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account.

Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted.

A formal contact will include the last four numbers of your credit card, the domain name, and your request. Refunds are only done for credit card and Paypal purchases. Money orders, checks, western union, cash, and any other form of payment done with anything other then a credit card and Paypal is not refundable.

Accounts canceled/terminated by WebHost.pro for violating our Terms Of Service do not qualify for the 45-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is canceled due to spamming or phishing, you will not be given a refund.

Please allow 4-11 business days for refunds per the banks time needed to process the exchange. Additional processing fees apply for T/T refunds.
